Meet Dr.Pascal
Pascal Chang Leng was born in Reduit, Mauritius and grew up in Anse Etoile, Mahe, Seychelles.
Pascal went to Anse Etoile School from Creche to P1, then to Independent School from P1 to S4. He joined Year 10 at International School after that until Sixth Form A Levels.
After that Pascal worked for the National Cultural Heritage Unit, which was based at the historical La Bastille at Ma Joie, Mahe, Seychelles. There he worked in Research in Traditional Medicinal Plants of Seychelles. During this work, he and colleagues, would travel the entire island of Mahe, to interview elderly Seychellois people who used local folk herbal medicine, and many local traditional Seychellois herbalists, to record them and collect the data/information to document and archive. He was also involved in creating their garden and inventory of local medicinal plants. During this time he met the most famous local traditional herbalist of the time; Mr Ferdinand Vidot, Pascal interviewed Mr Vidot, became good friends with Mr. Vidot and would then make regular visits to Mr Vidot’s house to be a student of Mr Vidot and learn all he could about Seychelles’ true, authentic local traditional medicine and medicinal plants of Seychelles.
After that Pascal joined the Australian College of Natural Medicine in 2006 and successfully graduated as a Naturopathic Physician in May 2011. Pascal worked for a year in Australia, as a Naturopath and in Sales and Marketing. In April 2012, Pascal returned to Seychelles to establish the Vitality Naturopathic Centre which consists of a clinic and a health shop, at La Ciotat, Mont Fleuri, and proceeded to sell health products and to practice naturopathic clinical medicine. Pascal was then and still is; the first and only qualified and certified Naturopath in Seychelles.
Pascal proceeded to sell herbal medicines, vitamins, minerals, and other health supplements and health foods in the Vitality Health Shop. Concurrently, in the Vitality Clinic, Pascal was consulting many different clients and health conditions and achieving amazing clinical results and wonderful feedback from clients. Pascal treats and consults you well, the medicine produces good results, you feel well, happy and strong, and so you bring in your friend, or partner, or child or parent or relative! So the positive word of mouth about his work and products would bring in other clients. A forte of his work is the personalised, customised herbal tinctures he makes uniquely for each patient.
Pascal worked with STC Supermarket, when based in Central Victoria, to open the first Health Foods Section of any supermarket in Seychelles. The idea was to bring a health shop within an entire aisle that would provide the first certified organic health foods in Seychelles as well as provide more affordable conventional/non-organic but nevertheless healthy health foods. Within this Health Foods Section a diverse range of health food products were available, all carefully selected and procured by Pascal.
Pascal has appeared in many local newspapers such as Today in Seychelles, The Seychelles Nation, Business in speaking on health, wellness, nutrition, herbal medicine and Naturopathic medicine.
Pascal has also appeared on all local Seychelles television stations such as SBC TV and TéléSesel, as well as on all local radios SBC Radio Seychelles, Pure FM, K-Radio and SBC Paradise FM. Pascal made a Kitchen Pharmacy Series for TeleSesel whereby he showed the public how to make herbal infusions by using spices and herbs used in cooking, readily available in most kitchens.
Pascal is also known for his own public health videos on Facebook; whereby he uses the platform to educate the public on holistic health, lifestyle and nutrition, Nature Cure, herbal medicine and naturopathic medicine.
Pascal has successfully treated many health conditions, including those regarded by conventional medicine (and naturopathic medicine) to be hard to treat and claimed to have no cure. Pascal has CURED epilepsy, anxiety, depression and infertility in many clients, as well as many other conditions.
Pascal has also successfully treated :
- diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, vascular diseases, obesity, cancer, kidney disorders, urinary disorders, eczema, dermatitis, sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis, anemias, chronic coughs, colds and flus, allergies, hives, psoriasis, thyroid disorders, insomnia and sleep disorders, alopecia, vitiligo, vertigo and dizziness, chronic pain, musculoskeletal complains such as sciatica, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Other health conditions Pascal has successfully treated also includes;
- all female hormonal conditions such as menstrual irregularities, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, amenorrhea, PMS, low libido, menopause, male and female infertility (women who have as well as male health illnesses such as erectile dysfunction, enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, low testosterone, baldness. Also Digestive/Gastrointestinal disorders such as gastritis, dyspepsia, constipation, Chrohn’s Disease, IBS, ulcerative colitis, as well as cognitive decline illnesses such as Alzheimer’s, dementia and Parkinson’s.
In the case of Parkinson’s, for example, Pascal has reversed a Stage 3 patient to a state of less symptoms than Stage 1! A Parkinson’s patient that had lost the ability to speak started speaking only after a few months on Pascal’s therapy. In the case of female infertility, women who have been seeing Gynecologists for 2 years with no success of failure, came to treat with Pascal and got successfully pregnant and have a happy child now! Some of them got pregnant after 6 months, some 3 months, some 2 months and one case got pregnant in about 10 days!
Pascal continues to operate the Vitality Shop and the Vitality Clinic at the Vitality Naturopathic Centre, 4th Floor, The Link, Ile Du Port.
